What makes your retreats different from other luxury getaways?

Our retreats have been developed to be transformational, we offer a unique process The Essence Code TM to transform your belief systems, old stories and step into the vision of the woman you are becoming and then we add our bespoke colour and style magic to transform you into the technicolour goddess you are here to be. Luxury is a given and sets the foundation for the locations and experiences we curate for you.

Our experiences are for women who are ready to start their personal development journey, they feel lost and are not sure who they are anymore. They know they want more but may not be sure what that looks like. They are here to rewrite their story in midlife where their old roles of mother, wife colleague are no longer serving them or have changed. They want to break free from outdated expectations and reclaim their power. They crave deep, lasting transformation, not just a temporary escape.

You will feel the stirring of your Rebellious spirit calling you to demand more for yourself. You have done some personal development or healing but want to go deeper. You need to be open to go withing, to explore your spiritual side and be open to explore who your soul is here to be. You have a growth and open mindset. We want to work with the Rebels. The trailblazers, the women here to shine and show up as themselves fully in the world.

We absolutely welcome solo travellers and you will be fully supported and looked after to do this on your own but equally if you want to come with a family member or friend that is also fine. Either way you will be made to feel safe and nurtured throughout the experience.

We include everything for the duration of the stay, hotel accommodation, all meals, water, soft drinks, access to the hotel facilities, all coaching and retreat materials. 


The only thing you have to organise are your flights to the retreat and travel insurance. 

Yes, we do. We will always work with you to help you with a payment plan that works for you. 

We understand that this is a big step for most women and with that in mind we aim to support you throughout your experience with us. Calls beforehand with full itinerary, packing lists, pre work to fully prepare you and so that we can get to know you ahead of the retreat. Your own WhatsApp group to get to know your retreat sisters beforehand and afterwards. Follow up and accountability after the retreat to keep you on track.

Absolutely! This is who we are here for. Whatever you are going through we have been there and will aim to support you every step of the way.

It is so important that we get to know you before the retreat so that we can make your experience as bespoke as possible. You will have calls with the team and various questionnaires and pre work to do so that we have a clear picture of what you need and where you are heading.

Yes, whilst we are making sure you have the full transformational experience and get the most out of your time with us we also recognise that this is deep work so you will be given plenty of time to relax and rest and allow the work to integrate the healing and learning.

Yes, we have a full pack of pre work and preparation materials which will all be explained to you through the booking process.

Booking, Logistics & Practical Info

How do I book a retreat or consultation?

Please use the contact us link on the website to join our mailing list and book a call. Once we have taken you through that you will be sent everything you need to book your place.

We have various retreat offerings, please see the retreats page and get in touch to discuss any of the packages or we can create something for you under our Signature retreat offering.
For most of the packages you will need to arrange your own flights and transport to the location and travel insurance. Once you arrive at the location we take care of the rest. More details will be provided as you go through the booking process.

We understand that life can shift unexpectedly, and we aim to hold space with grace and integrity. Our cancellation policy is designed to honour both your commitment and the retreat’s preparation:

    • Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat: You’ll receive a full refund, less a £150 administration fee.
    • Cancellations made between 60- and 90-days prior: 50% of your retreat fee will be refunded.
    • Cancellations less than 60 days before the retreat: We’re unable to offer a refund, but your booking may be transferred to a future retreat within 12 months (subject to availability).
    • No-shows or early departures: These are not eligible for refund.

We strongly encourage guests to secure comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for illness, unforeseen changes, and flight cancellations.
For cancellations due to force majeure or medical emergencies, partial credit may be offered at our discretion.
To cancel your reservation, please email us directly. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.
